Exchanging one addiction for another?
It's now been almost 5 weeks since I've lit up a real tobacco cigarette. My concern now is whether or not I'm relying on the nicotine in the electronic cigarettes... Have I just exchanged one addiction for another?
I find that I do not use the electronic cigarette in the morning... I can go almost all day without smoking the e-cigarette. I actually tried to put it away entirely and managed to last just under one week.
The most difficult times seem to be when I just get home from work, or if I'm playing poker online. I have ordered some eJuice with No nicotine and am awaiting the arrival of this item so that I can see if it is the tactile action of putting something in my mouth, sucking on it, and blowing out smoke that reduces my craving for a real tobacco cigarette; or is it the nicotine in the eCartridge?
I will blog again in the next while, and after I have began using the no-nicotine cartridges. At least I'm not inhaling the other numerous carcinogens that are present in a real tobacco cigarette!
